The federal Department of Labor issued a poster on the evening of March 25, 2020 and instructed all employers to post it in a conspicuous location regarding the FFCRA – the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
For a remote workforce, this poster should be provided via email, intranet, or another manner likely to reach all employees.
