Free at-home COVID-19 tests are now available for the asking. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, has an easy-to-use website for ordering, which requires name and address only. You may choose to add your email address for tracking purposes. There is no charge, and each address is entitled to four tests per month.
