Mr. Falkides’ experience includes providing general business advice to principals of local and national businesses so that they can make practical, timely decisions. In his transactions practice, for decades Mr. Falkides has helped businesses with acquisitions, sales, and other transactions including working on commercial and residential leases, stock/asset purchases, operating, confidentiality, and employment agreements.

Mr. Falkides is admitted to practice in New York State courts and in the District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of New York. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business where he received his bachelor of science degree and the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he graduated in the top one-third of his class.
