Russell Salvatore and owner Mark Jerge are being sued due to alleged violations of COVID-19 protocol. The Coppola Firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of a former head of maintenance for Russell’s Steaks, Chops, and More and Salvatore’s Grand Hotel who was fired after objecting to working with Mark Jerge, who had tested positive for COVID-19 but remained onsite.
