Former Shea’s leader suing theater

The former president of Shea’s Performing Arts Center, Michael Murphy, is suing Shea’s for his unlawful termination, violating his contract, and discriminating against Murphy. Murphy was fired without cause on October 19th. Lisa Coppola, Murphy’s lawyer, filed a 20-page complaint on behalf of Murphy against Shea’s, outlining its retaliatory breach of contract, anti-gay actions, and defamatory behavior.
