Melissa Paull Goldberg, Esq. has a keen sense for business which she applies to benefit the Firm’s clients. Ms. Goldberg is Of Counsel to The Coppola Firm. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rochester, Ms. Goldberg chose to pursue a career in law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law.

Melissa Paull Goldberg

Prior to her relationship with The Coppola Firm, Ms. Goldberg spent a number of years at a well-respected Buffalo law firm. Although she spent some time in litigation, Ms. Goldberg found that her strengths lie in the world of corporate transactions and commercial real estate.

After taking time away from her legal career to raise her two children, Ms. Goldberg joins The Coppola Firm to assist clients with their business-related transactions such as forming business entities and negotiating commercial leases.

Ms. Goldberg is admitted to practice in New York State and at the Supreme Court of the United States. She also is a violinist with the Amherst Symphony Orchestra.
