Kim Wallace focuses her practice on employment law and complex labor relations. With almost 20 years of experience representing and advising employers, employees, and unions, she is known for her collaborative approach to resolving workplace disputes and her ability to balance compliance and practical business needs with the incredible stresses facing the American workforce.
As a Partner with The Coppola Firm, Kim guides clients through sensitive investigations, audits, and litigation. She provides counsel on personnel matters, contract negotiations, and policy development. She draws on her background in labor relations, leadership, and strategic growth to help employers and employees work together toward equitable and sustainable solutions.
In her spare time, Kim works with business executives, leaders of not-for-profit organizations, political officials, and individuals in other high-pressure roles on personalized strategic growth and planning. She also works with teams and organizations to mediate morale issues, build clear goals and joint initiatives, and dig through other intricate organizational challenges.
Outside of her legal practice, Kim channels her lifelong love of animals into community service. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of the SPCA Serving Erie County and is active in several nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening her community. She lives deep in the hills of Boston, New York with her daughter, husband, dogs, and plants.
