Today we learned from Bob Saget’s family that his cause of death was head trauma. In a statement, the family explained that the authorities “concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep.”
Saget is not the first star to have a head injury lead to death. In 2009, actress Natasha Richardson was in a ski accident (wearing a helmet). She hit her head during a fall, but was talking and feeling okay after the accident, so they sent the ambulance away. She later fell into a coma and died.
