  • HR Alert: Federal Contractors & Subcontractors Must Update Required Labor Law Notice

Executive Order 13496 requires most federal contractors and subcontractors to conspicuously post a notice about their employees’ rights under federal labor laws. This notice was updated by the federal Department of Labor on May 16, 2019.

Employers can find the latest notice here and should ensure that this and other required postings are up to date.

If you have questions about whether your workforce is impacted, contact us. The attorneys at The Coppola Firm routinely guide employers through compliance questions about New York and federal law.
