The Firm is delighted to welcome Patricia L. Fulwiler, Esq. who joins us to support our business transactions and business litigation practices. Previously, she was house counsel for one of the largest real estate brokers in Western New York, and during her 35-year career, Ms. Fulwiler has been President and Legal Counsel of several title insurance companies and served as Branch Counsel of Commonwealth Title Insurance Corporation.
She most recently served over 10 years as Legal Deputy at the Erie County Clerk’s Office where she was instrumental in drafting and implementing the Erie County Protocols for E-Filing in the Supreme Court. Ms. Fulwiler continues to provide useful and timely guidance to legal practitioners who call on her because she’s generous with both her time and insights.
She resides in Williamsville where she serves on the Village Zoning Board of Appeals. An avid gardener, she maintains large organic vegetable and flower gardens at her home.
